The Union Railway Minister, Mr. Pawan Ku. Bansal has announced a massive score of 1.52 Lakh jobs in the financial year 2013-14 in Indian Railways. The Rail Budget, which is considered as a parallel budget to that of the Union Budget, has got a glum of appreciation respite of its consecutive loss for the year 2012-13, which is expected to be over 200 crores. The scorching price of diesel in the international market and the associated factors are blamed to be responsible for this. But it seems that have no effect on the commitment of Indian Railway towards securing future of lakhs of job searchers who are running after a versatile career in this mammoth size organization. These job openings once filled up will add up to the present 14 lakh jobs in the Indian Railway alone.
